WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

FLAVOUR OF THE CAMINO fees for 2018 –

Our weekly fee is as follows and depends upon how many people are included in each individual booking –

  • Individual                          €240 per person
  • Two or more people        €220 per person

Our trips are organised on a “pay as you go” basis. IE – we organise everything for you in Spain, and you pay the local service provider (eg accommodation provider, baggage transport company etc), directly at the (generally reduced) group rates that we have negotiated on your behalf.

At FLAVOUR OF THE CAMINO, we understand that backpacking and sleeping in hostel accommodation may not be to everyone’s taste. (So we organise baggage transfer and hotels for our clients – note – for the PYRENEES section we use albergues on 2 nights. See details of this particular trip HERE).  We also appreciate that many people are fearful of leaving everything to chance and heading into a rural part of Spain where most local people do not speak English, without some sort of back-up. Yet we also know that people want to experience a pilgrim adventure that’s as close to the real thing as possible, but still with as near to the very low “pilgrim experience” prices as they can achieve.

FLAVOUR OF THE CAMINO is a facilitator for all of this. We will provide you with a taste of the culture of the Camino, but with our guide on the ground and walking each day, accommodation pre-booked in line with your preferences, baggage transport from hotel to hotel arranged for you if you wish, a wine tour organised exclusively for our group**, a visit to Pamplona including a walking tour of the bull-run route, (Navarra & Pyrenees trips only),  or a chance to see the wonderful city of Burgos with its magnificent cathedral^^ , or Biarritz  with its magnificent seafront and beaches****, not to mention a chance to explore the wonderful Basque city of Bilbao. All this in a spirit of fun, mutual support and positivity that will more than likely leave you exhilarated as you head home at the end of your trip. (See the testimonials section of this website for what previous participants in our trips have had to say)
